When the monster killed William, Victor knows something of what could happen next. It foreshadows more killings in the novel because he states that there will be more tears and also that there will be other funerals too. This, he should really warn his family and friends about because he could save them and i don't know that he really gives the effort to try. Victor is pretty selfish in my eyes in the novel because he created this thing that doesn't fit in anywhere and it seems like he doesn't even care about it. I hope that he will realize that something needs to be done before it's too late. And i still wonder how he seems to know that some more unfortunate deaths are going to happen.
How do you think Victor sort of knows that more deaths will soon happen?
I imagine Victor is feeling his life unravel slowly. It's almost like he can't do a thing about it. This must be the worst place in life to be.

ReplyDeleteI can't imagine what Victor must be going through. Yes, I do think that he knows that more people will die because the monster swore to annihilate anyone and everyone dear to Victor. At this point in the novel, I think that Victor realizes that the monster will follow through with this promise. However, he is worried that if he tells anyone about the monster, people will think he is crazy. If it were me, I would tell someone, no matter how crazy I sound. I would do anything to save the people I love. If I was responsible for the deaths of those people, I dont know what I would do...
Victor knows.... And i would be devesteated to know that I was the cause of someones death... Victor is watching his life fall apart. That is a horrible thought. Nice blog
